Paul's Bio

Finally doing something about my health. I have recently started a regular weight loss/exercise routine. I want to learn and enjoy a variety of physical activities. I am hoping to make new friends and devekop skills so I can participate in sports that will benefit me the rest of my life.

I am not "on a diet" really. I am just being more sensible about food. I used to just eat whatever, whenever, and as much as I wanted. I still want to eat whatever I want, but I am watching how much. I try to eat a big salad before the main entree. I am also trying to eat more fruits and vegetables every day.

Between watching my portion sizes and actually being active (almost daily), so far, I have lost over 40 pounds in less than 4 months! I am feeling better than ever, and my clothes are all getting too big. That is a wonderful feeling!
